“Poor! Your website is confusing and not user-friendly. We booked what was advertised as a “tour”, expecting a live person to meet us at the given “meeting location” and “specified time”. Nobody arrived! After calling and messaging on WhatsApp, we were told it was actually a self-guided audio tour.
